All submissions will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee, for originality, technical content and relevance. The final acceptance will be based upon double blind peer review of the full-length paper. <strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong>\u00a0Camera-ready versions with <em><strong>more than four authors<\/strong><\/em> will not be accepted for publication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">All accepted papers will be published in one of the following two journals:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Special Issue of the <strong>Journal <\/strong><strong> CyS (Computaci\u00f3n y Sistemas)<\/strong>, ISSN print 1405-5546, ISSN online 2007-9737 (Indexed by Scopus, in Master Journal List, THOMSON CLARIVATE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>IJCOPI (International Journal of Combinatorial Optimization Problems and Informatics)<\/strong>, ISSN: 2007-1558. For each page that exceeds this limit small extra fee will be charged. If your paper exceeds 15 pages, please contact the organizers first. The additional fee is charged for the pages exceeding the page limit in\u00a0<b>either<\/b>\u00a0the version submitted for review or in the camera-ready version, whichever is greater. In particular, you must not shorten the camera-ready version in comparison with the version submitted for review unless the reviewers required this (contact us if you feel you should do shorten it; in any case this would not reduce the fee). However, we\u00a0<b>encourage<\/b>\u00a0you to use as many pages as you really need for an excellent paper, even if you will pay a very small fee for it \u2014 that it, we recommend you not to sacrifice clarity and completeness of your paper for the page limit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Double blind review policy<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">The review procedure is <strong>double blind<\/strong>.
