This fee includes one paper only. If one author has <strong>more than one accepted paper<\/strong>, the complete fee is to be paid for each of them independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registration fee amount for <strong>authors<\/strong>&nbsp;of papers accepted in the <strong>Research in Computing Science &#8211; RCS<\/strong> Journal&nbsp;is <strong>100 USD or 2,000 Mexican Pesos (MXN) (If you need a mexican invoice, please note that taxes of additional 16% are not included)<\/strong>. This fee includes one paper only. If one author has <strong>more than one accepted paper<\/strong>, the complete fee is to be paid for each of them independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This fee includes publication of <strong>one paper<\/strong> (up to the page limit which is 12) in any of the proceedings volumes or journal issues derived from the conference. Access to a <strong>digital copy<\/strong> of the pre-print versions of all accepted papers (unless copyright holders prevent us from distributing such copies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> The registration form and link to payment will be available soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Presentation Modalities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Regardless of the selected presentation modality, ALL authors are required to upload a video of their presentation in English through the official conference platform. Instructions for accessing the platform are provided in the notification email sent to the authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any questions or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at lke.buap@gmail.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In-Person Oral Presentation<\/strong><br>Authors may choose to deliver a 15-minute oral presentation in English of their accepted paper in person during the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remote Oral Presentation<\/strong><br>Authors may choose to deliver a 15-minute oral presentation in English of their accepted paper remotely during the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In-Person Poster Presentation<\/strong><br>Authors may choose to present their accepted paper in the form of a POSTER during the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors will receive an email requesting confirmation of their preferred presentation modality (In-Person Oral Presentation, Remote Oral Presentation, or In-Person Poster Presentation).
